Hire Our Facilities

 

In our efforts to serve the Wollaton community, we let rooms in the building to outside organisations and individuals.

All lettings are subject to approval by our Minister, therefore approval of a first rental may take a little time.

According to Methodist tradition, no alcohol is served on our premises.

Minimum room rental rates

For Party Room Hire - £50 per session

For Meeting Room Hire - £20 per session

Special Party hire rates (for 5 hours)

Rooms 1 and 2 - £75.00

Rooms 3 and 4 - £50.00

Non Regular Users

Charges in pounds per hour - includes use of kitchen for hot and cold drinks only.

Kitchen

Any time £10.00 per hour - for use for food preparation and serving.

Church Sanctuary

The Minister must approve all new lettings of the Church Sanctuary.

For Charity Concerts - £35 per hour

For all other events - £45 per hour

The Quiet Room may be used as a "Green Room" - £5 per hour

Payments

A non refundable will be required to secure your booking.

A refundable bond may be required at the time of your booking.

Payment in full will be required 2 weeks prior to the event.

Cheques should be made payable to "Kingswood Methodist Church" and handed to the Lettings Secretary.
