Methodism was born in song, wrote Charles Wesley and all of our services include congregational hymns and songs, enhanced and led by our organ, choir and orchesta.

We are fortunate in having a fine, well preserved pipe organ
in our church, used for worship and concerts.

Built originally by Brindley and Foster in 1876 it was completely refurbished in 2004.

A small regular choir leads the singing at morning services and enhances services with introits and anthems, especially at festivals and special services.

New members are always welcome, and choir practices are held on Friday evenings at 7.30p.m.

The Band   is regularly active in our service, whilst soloists often perform voluntaries with the organ.

The church is regularly used for concerts given by visiting orchestras, choirs, organists and other soloists.
